With Outdoor Training/Bootcamps in the Lower North Shore of Sydney. This includes – Mosman, North Sydney, Cammeray, Chatswood and St Leonards. No matter the weather we have a solution for you.

Don’t like to train in the rain? That’s ok we now coach online via Video calls & online Programming.

Takingstock take your Health & Fitness very seriously. As Personal Trainers, we continually educate and upskill to ensure we can deliver the best possible training modalities. Having completed courses around the world, such as ELDOA, CPPS, Rehab/Trigger point Release and Pre and Post Natal, we have the skills to get you to your goals.

We love helping Mums get stronger, fitter and love their new bodies, through post-pregnancy training. Our clients range in age from 16 to 60 years of age, with fitness levels from the post-operative rehab stage, to competing in high level competitions. We’re pretty sure you’ll fit right in no matter your goals. So if you have jiggly bits… bring them to us we want to help you!
